Great Beach Vacations manages privately owned villas on Kiawah Island, a private resort community just south of Charleston, SC. Each privately owned villa is decorated and/or furnished by the owner, therefore decor will vary from villa to villa. Villas are located on Kiawah Island, and guests have access to some of the island's amenities such as golf, tennis, childrens programs and nature programs. Kiawah has 10-miles of beautiful beach, and over 20-miles of paved trails for biking, jogging, wildlife watching and exploring! Watersports and Nature Tours are available at a nearby marina icluding boat cruises, boat rentals, inshore and offshore fishing. Horseback riding is available at nearby Seabrook Island. Some Non-Oceanfront villas have community pool access. Guests desiring pool access must request this at time of booking. Pool access cannot be guaranteed. The Kiawah Island, ResortQuest Front Desk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sports Arena - Fun and Fitness, Kiawah houses the 21-Acre Night Heron Park. The Park has lighted basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, grass soccer fields, fitness trail, jogging and bike trails. Some fees are charged for use of the facilities and programs.

Walk or Bike to the beach. Wooded, lagoon, park, river or golf view. Some complexes may share a free community pool - please request this if free pool is preferred.
Deluxe 2B Oceanfront Villa:
Fully furnished, fully equipped 2-bedroom villa with kitchen, living room/dining area, separate bedrooms and bathrooms, plus deck facing the Atlantic Ocean. Typical bedding may include a King or Queen bed in the Master Bedroom, and 2 Twin beds in the second bedroom. Sleeper sofas may be available upon request. Sleeps 4-6 guests. Located on the ocean side of the street, with varying views of the ocean.
Deluxe 2Bdrm Villa:
Fully furnished, fully equipped 2-bedroom villa with kitchen, living room/dining area, separate bedrooms and bathrooms, plus screened porch or deck. Typical bedding may include a King or Queen bed in the Master Bedroom, and 2 Twin beds in the second bedroom. Sleeper sofas may be available upon request. Sleeps 4-6 guests. Just a short walk to the beach. Wooded, lagoon, park, golf or tennis views.

Fully furnished, fully equipped 1-bedroom villa with kitchen, living room/dining area, separate bedroom and bathroom, plus screened porch or deck.
